Our Delivery Promise to You

Place your order before 12:00hrs and we will despatch your order the same day 
[Monday to Friday, excludes bank holidays].

If you place your order after 12:00hrs, we will do our best to despatch it the same day, but we cannot guarantee it. If we are unable to despatch the same day, your order will be despatched the next working day.

 

WE SHIP TO YOUR COUNTRY!

Here at EWS, we ship all over the world. If you do not see your country on the drop-down selector in the basket page or you have any questions, please get in touch at shop@enduroworldseries.com and we will be able to advise.

  

HOW WE SHIP YOUR ORDER – UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES

UK orders will be delivered using Royal Mail.

All orders will be sent Royal Mail First Class. Orders should be delivered between 1-3 days after the order is placed.

Should you have more specific postage requirements, such as a specific time frame then please email us at shop@enduroworldseries.com and we will of course do our best to help you out.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Overseas destinations will be processed in the UK by Royal Mail, then delivered locally by their chosen agents.

 

SHIPPING RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The easiest way to find out the delivery costs precisely is to add the items that you wish to order to your basket and then simply click on the "Basket" link and this will take you to a page where you can select the shipping service that best suits your needs. It is worth bearing in mind that for certain orders, there may be only one shipping option.

Europe

We offer two simple options for items delivered throughout Europe.

 

Royal Mail Tracked

This is a Royal Mail tracked Service. It is important to note that this service is not available to all countries in Europe. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been despatched. Using that tracking number, you can track your order on the Royal Mail website.

Orders despatched using this service take between 3-7 days for delivery under normal circumstances.

 

Royal Mail Standard Airmail

Our standard Royal Mail Airmail is available to all countries in Europe. Please note, this is not a tracked service and no tracking information is available for orders despatched using this service.

Orders despatched using this service take between 5-10 days for delivery under normal circumstances.

 

Rest of the World

We offer two simple options for any number of items sent to the Rest of the World (countries outside of Europe).

 

Royal Mail Tracked

This is a Royal Mail tracked Service. It is important to note that this service is not available to all countries. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been despatched. Using that tracking number, you can track your order on the Royal Mail website.

Orders despatched using this service take between 5-10 days for delivery under normal circumstances.

 

Royal Mail Standard Airmail

Our standard Royal Mail Airmail is available to all countries. Please note, this is not a tracked service and no tracking information is available for orders despatched using this service.

VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) CHARGES

For all customers placing orders shipping to within the European Union, all item prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%. This means that the price shown on your order total will be the final price you pay delivered to you. 

For customers outside of the European Union, the prices are displayed as being “VAT FREE”. This means that VAT is not included in the price. You will not have to pay us any VAT, but you may be asked to pay VAT or other import taxes when the item is imported into your country. Not all orders will be charged VAT, but you should be aware that there is a chance that you will be asked to pay this by your local Tax authority - the rules differ between countries and states so please check with your local customs authority what you may have to pay.

WHERE'S YOUR ORDER?

Before contacting us to see where your order is, please bear the indicative delivery timelines in mind and if you want further details please contact us at shop@enduroworldseries.com. If you do not receive your order and do not contact us within a reasonable time frame, then there may be nothing we can do to help locate it. For UK orders, a reasonable time frame would be 2 weeks after dispatch. For International orders this would be around 3 weeks after dispatch.

However, deliveries can take up to:

North America – 6 weeks

South America and – 8 weeks

Australia/Asia – 12 weeks

 

IMPORTANT - DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If an item looks damaged, then it should be refused or signed for as "DAMAGED". Failure to follow these instructions could mean that you end up with a damaged item and be unable to claim for them. The signature box that the driver will be asking you to sign confirms that you are happy with the condition of your item and after that the delivery service will simply say that the goods were damaged by you after delivery. You do not need to check the condition of the items inside the package before signing, but if the packaging is clearly damaged, do not accept the delivery as being in good condition. If the packaging is clearly damaged, you must not accept the item or sign as "damaged".
